Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Fine Content Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16603901), is the data controller for personal data collected through zundara.co.uk. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Fine Content Ltd trading as Zundara.

2. What data we collect

When you submit an application or contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, current role, the venture you're interested in, your responses to background and motivation questions, and your consent to our terms.

When you visit the site, we collect limited technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and referral source. This is used for site analytics and security.

When you authorise a payment, Stripe collects your card details directly. We do not see or store your full card number, expiry, or CVC.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contract performance — processing your application, reviewing your fit, and progressing to handover if both parties agree.
• Legitimate interest — operating and securing the platform, vetting applicants, contacting you about your application.
• Consent — sending you marketing communications (only where you've opted in).
• Legal obligation — record-keeping and compliance with applicable law.

4. How long we retain data

Application data is held for 24 months after our final decision, then deleted or anonymised. Data relating to selected operators is held for the duration of the partnership plus 7 years (for legal and accounting compliance). Contact form submissions are held for 12 months unless they progress to an ongoing matter.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with:

• Service providers that operate our infrastructure on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics) — bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
• Stripe Inc. for payment processing — Stripe is the controller of card data.
• Professional advisors (solicitors, accountants) where engaged on a specific matter.
• Regulators, courts, or law enforcement where legally required.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers in a way that identifies you.

6. International transfers

Some service providers operate outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (UK-EU adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent).

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request rectification of inaccurate data, request erasure, request restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@zundara.co.uk.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
